Dr Pennington is the #1 surgeon that I refer my orthopedic shoulders to. I know they are in the best hands. I have worked in Physical Therapy for over 20 years and he is who I referred my parents to. My patients always feared being "pushed" in to surgery and they were always satisfied with the care from Dr. Pennington. Dr. Pennington has many options for his patients before surgery. I trust him and so can you.
