I had the most terrible experience with him. He was incredibly rude and didn't listen to any concerns or problems. I never had a doctor treat me this badly. He rushes threw the exams and discussions& he is terribly very over opinionated. I will not recomend this man to anyone. The other doctors are very nice but it doesn't make up for this man. The office staff is also efficient. But because of dr. Penny I will not return. If you're looking for a rude and uncaring Doctor you've found one.
