There are very gd physcisns there well my doctors is explains the fact and there very respectful and kind
I have never been so impressed with a hospital. The doctors and nurses were so kind to us and our family member. We got step by step updates from the er while surgery was going on. When he was moved to recovery they were very accommodating to us and made sure we understood step by step what to expect.
My son brantlee was there and let me tell you, this is absolutely the best hospital i have ever seen. All the doctors and nurses took excellent care of my son.
Good Hospital. We waited too long in E R before someone came in to take info. After that it went pretty quick.
Surgeons in Hagerstown MD operated on my back twice in one week, had me using a walker and said that was the best I would ever be. I went to Hershey Medical for a second opinion and a few weeks later I'm walking perfectly and with no walker or any other help. Got to love Doctor Zacko.
In my opinion their patient care and their their wait time definitely needs a lot of work. Here is why.. The wait time for any test is super long. As well as, the prep time. The procedure itself only took 15mins but we were there for almost 2-3 hours. It was a scheduled test as well. Their nurse to patient ratio needs work as well. Nurses also don't take the time to talk you through anything or let you know what is going on. My sister didn't know she had to give an IV until the nurse walked in with it. Hershey hospital has the greatest nurse out of all the hospitals I have ever been to...nurses there have amazing bed side manner n genuwinely care...Drs r great...ER is usually pretty fast....n it goes much quicker then any hospital I have been to once u get back to a room...Yoh will get Excellent care at this hospital
