Amazing staff. Always there to help, listen, & explain. It's so nice to watch all the nurses at the infusion center work together so the patients' needs are met as quickly as possible, even if that means that the person who comes to assist is not your nurse. Check in is always quick & friendly. My only complaint about the center is that it would be nice if there was wifi available. When you're stuck for hours attached to an IV, it would be nice to be able to stay connected to the outside world.
Dr Barros was very professional, very distinguished in listening to all questions as well as explaining each step that they went through to make a diagnosis for my grandson. Amazingly caring staff from check in to check out!
This was my first surgery at Hetshey. I will never have surgery anywhere else. They are amazing. I had my first surgey in Lancaster and it was not a good experience. From admittance, to the volunteets, the nurses and the doctors. They are compassionate. The best thing is they act7ally listen
