i have been trying to get in contact with this office via phone for 3 days and no one will answer the phone. I stay on hold for over 30 minutes each time. no other way to contact them other than going to the office which is a limited option when you're disabled. doctor changed within a month of me being here and I have not heard from the new doctor at all or anything else with my ongoing health issues in a whole month. though a gender health office I am constantly being misnamed and/or gendered. inconsistent and a tad unprof... read more
This facility submitted over $1,000 to our insurance for a 45 minute behavioral health appointment that we were quoted $160-$180 from our insurance on. Even if you search online the average cost of a behavioral health appointment that applies towards your deductible, it's nowhere near $1,000. This office is expecting us to pay $700 for that visit, which is absolutely criminal. Regardless how much a family makes, $700 for 45 minutes is inhumane and unacceptable. Unprofessional service! Closes at 430 but doesn’t answer phone after 4pm. Request placed over a year ago just being worked on. A new doctor every visit. The list go on and on! This is what to expect when live in the inner city!! Doctors come here for the come up ONLY!! Like we don’t matter! Guess who’s finding another PCP!! If you can GO ELSEWHERE !!!
