Always a excellent experience when we have appointments and procedures at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center with Loucas.. sometimes we have a little bit of a wait but the care and kindness is overwhelming!!! Thanks to all who have participated in the care of our Loucas!!!💜💙
I love my specialists that I see. I had surgery yesterday and since being admitted the staff has been great with the exception of the Dr's on call. I have never been so pissed off or disappointed in a staff of Dr's. At 4pm yesterday I was told the Dr's would be making their rounds. I am on oral medicine for pain management even though my i.v. is still in. I wake up every 2-3hrs from the pain. The nurses have been calling the Dr's for me all night, yet no one came to see me until 6:00am. The Dr that came to see me was more co... read more
My treatment by EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the staff was EXCELLENT. HOWEVER I have Two MAJOR COMPLAINTS: the chairs in the waiting rooms are MUCH TO LOW for many people to get out of. And the admissions door and hospital room did not fit wheelchairs that were provided by the hospital. Seems like handicap access should be a PRIORITY in major medical center ❣️
Amazing Hospital Superior staff I felt taken care of n reassured things would be ok n continue to feel like they care about their patients
