Excellent care and it's all about the children, as it should be
Our son was cared for in the NICU and soon for surgery by an amazing neurology team. We are scared yet feel comfortable knowing he will be taken care of by some amazing doctors.. We would not take him anywhere else !
I'd like to thank Dr. Zakiyah Kadry and the entire transplant team for the astounding job they did on my fathers liver transplant. Even with as many health issues as he's had it was a success and is now almost 6 months post transplant. Words can't express how grateful we are for the team and to have him here with us today. Thank you all!
This place is not just a hospital! They treat everyone like a family! Our two year old son was in there for 10 days with pnemonia with no health insurance. Instead od them calling us threating us that the 60,000 was going to go into a collection agency, they helped us get it paid. this is by far the best hospital for anyone. They told us step by step what they were doing and explaining his progress. I was so scared to have our baby be put to sleep and get surgery but they were there to comfort me every step of the way.
I was very happy with the professionalism and care the staff gave my 11 year old daughter with Autism before and after her surgery for her broken arm.
You don't have to wait hours to get into your appointment I find the staff and Dr's to before concerned about you then Geisinger your not being pushed out the door just because they are always over book with patients and you don't have buses to wait on forever an your appointment is ready for you then wait forever to get back to your car and your not walking miles and taking different elevators to get to your appointment they tell you exactly where to go and what suite your going to by number an then you know where to park i... read more
HORRIBLE experience !!!!! Never again will we go back to this hospital !! The ER anyway !!
If only there was a way to rate this hospital less then one star I would. What they did to me was unimaginable. For the life of me I don't know how their wonderful orthopedic center on the other side of the campus got mixed up with this horrendous hospital and their dreadful cancer institute.
Everyone here has been absolutely amazing to my daughter Maddie and kept her smiling throughout her time here!
