I am very disappointed with how my mother is getting care for her breast cancer. The nurse navigator keeps saying different things, I reported her symptoms which include throwing up, dizziness, difficulty breathing, and numbness in her arms and fingers. The doctor has not called me . I left several messages and have called the nurse navigator several times. Doesn’t seem like they care about their patients. All about the research and drug money.

Top notch caring doctors, nurses, surgical residents and therapists. My husband spent 8 days in the trauma unit for a major injury and received very compassionate care and exactly the advanced surgical treatment he needed to start his recovery. I can’t say enough good things about how he was cared for and we were away given plenty of time for questions or clarification about his treatment and injuries. My son was in the children’s hospital 18 years ago for a life saving surgery and his care was also exceptional. Thankful the... read more
A one service! Never better anywhere.
Most of the service providers are students. So in the process of learning they use sick patients to learn/practice which may lead to dangerous situations too.

horrible ED department!!! rude nurses, doctors who never check on patients, patients are never offered fluid to drink, they lie on discharge papers, and yet we are stuck coming to you because you have your employees wrapped. who can afford to go elsewhere at a 20% cost?! I hate this place. aside from 4 great doctors I currently have, I would never recommend this place.
Waited 7 hours and more to actually get into a room . Understaffed, mean nurses. And no. Idea on the meaning of emergency in the emergency 🚨 room
A year ago I went to the dermatologist here after calling and being assured by the staff that it was COVERED after a $40 copayment (which I paid). I just found out they sent me to collections for $110 for the appointment. I was there for 15 minutes and got prescribed an $8 antibiotic cream. $150, really? Penn State sucks and so does their medical center.
