The emergency room staff is neglectful, rude, not very attentive, will leave a person lying in the bed in pain without giving medication, not allow a person to drink anything “just in case” they need surgery, will only check on a patient once every 2 hours, extend a 4 hour stay to 8 hours, won’t give test results or updates to the patient, etc. Absolutely unacceptable! They did a great job with my daughter! We were out in 2 hours with 5 stitches, a new stuffed animal, & pajamas.
By not killing people who check in for routine surgeries.
You have to be really sick first... and then be really really well to even be considered to be put on the transplant list... This hospital....when they see a medical need...they do their best to tackle the health situations promptly and refuse to give up.

I was charged my regular special visit co-pay. In addition, I was charged an additional fee for the same visit. Upon speaking with my insurance company, I was told any doctor a patient sees that is associated with the hospital, will be charged an additional fee. Patients are not being informed of this and it is deceitful. This is not best practice for quality services.
