Very happy with the nurse practitioners there and the nursing assistants and radiology techs. However, the girl at the front desk needs training in customer service. She gave me the wrong date for my follow-up and when I asked her to ask the nurse for clarification she huffed as she got up to ask and was extremely unpleasant when I asked any questions. doctor's office is awesome Dr Farber is great doctor however your phone system is horrible you have to wait on line 15-20 minutes to talk to somebody you go to a main call center that's got to change you should be able to call the doctor's office if you have a quick question directly not sit on hold and waste my time and yoursJefferson at least has someone answering the main line to get you directly to the hospital you should you doing the same it's not fair to have people on hold for 15 minutes while you're waiting and wait... read more
