I have had a good experience with speech therapy here in the past. My recent experience was horrible. I was scheduled for an EMG. I was given the name of the doctor in my patient portal. When I arrived I was instead greeted by 2 students and not the doctor who was scheduled to perform the test. They had no idea what they were doing and caused me alot of pain. I cannot recommend this rehab to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Prior to posting this review I tried working with the rehab to no avail. Now that I have posted this review they are willing to discuss the issues. Too little, too late. I continuously sent emails and made phone calls to administration while my husband was an inpatient. I was even told the rehab attending physician would come and talk to us. He did not. Administration's response, "Hmm." As I stated, avoid at all costs!

The people who work at Rittenhouse at very nice, but I find their physicians' lack of understanding of patient finances and insurance concerning. I've had two instances now with two different doctors here who ordered unnecessary tests or labs that were not covered by my insurance. There was no indication to me during the visit that the test would require I pay out-of-pocket.
