We had an appointment for an IR procedure at 11:30am for my mom, arrived at 11am and watched multiple patients come and go before us. Waited for 6 hours and my mom hadn’t eaten anything for 24hrs. Not sure how they prioritize patients but their scheduling or something needs to change especially if they ask people to fast. The procedure was pretty straightforward and simple so it felt like they were taking back more complex cases and making us wait. We don’t mind waiting but 6hrs is pretty ridiculous. I had the UFE procedure done on December 18, 2019 by Dr. Goldberg-Shlansky and let me tell you that I highly recommend!! Made my life a whole lot better!
