It’s been more than 48 hours since my test results from my spinal tap have come in. I have yet to hear from the doctor who ordered it: this is even after leaving a message in the portal. Appointment has been so that my primary care doctor can help me to understand these results. WHY send results to patients when the doctors haven’t even read them yet. I just called and they stated that they were closed but their hours of operation is 830 to 5pm. This is why I'm changing hospitals. Their always rude on the phone, never get back to me and make their own hours.
