Very positive experience.
I just wish my doctor cared but I felt unheard & dismissed when I was sure Penn would be the place that I would find answers or someone genuinely concerned about my issues.
A name that start with “D” who pick up the phone, introduce himself, and used a highfalutin tone with the sound of sarcasm while we’re talking over the phone. He is too much delivering his intonation for whatever purpose he is trying to convey. Not sure what he is trying to prove with the obvious exaggeration of his pronunciations for every word he said while talking to me. But I can hear the undeniable sound of annoyance and arrogance.
