As of 2/13/2026, Covenant Health implemented a system-wide policy change that eliminated all long‑term therapy at Peninsula Behavioral Health in Knoxville, TN. Peninsula is a division of Covenant Health, and this directive came from Covenant’s corporate leadership not from the clinicians providing care. Peninsula has a bad habit of dumping those with mental health at KARM which is severely limited on all resources. Relapse is guaranteed!
If I could give this place -10 stars I would. They cancel your appointments and then reschedule them and then you go without meds for so long because they can’t get their crap together. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Sloppy. Irresponsible. And simply do not care. This place is what you call a joke. That’s why it has a 2.2.
