Peninsula has a bad habit of dumping those with mental health at KARM which is severely limited on all resources. Relapse is guaranteed!
If I could give this place -10 stars I would. They cancel your appointments and then reschedule them and then you go without meds for so long because they can’t get their crap together. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Sloppy. Irresponsible. And simply do not care. This place is what you call a joke. That’s why it has a 2.2.
If i could vote lower i would, every single time i get a new appointment afterwards im given a new psychiatrist very shortly because even their staff wants OUT. They never have openings for my insurance which admittedly isnt their fault, but they have not provided any resources for me to get treatment at a better facility.
