I have been to Penelopie for a blowout and just got done using them for a wedding I was a part of. They are AMAZING to work with. They made the entire bridal party and family look fantastic and were flexible with the different looks we were all going for.
Penelopie beauty bar did the makeup for my wedding (and my bridesmaids makeup). We received SO many compliments on it! Very knowledgeable and skilled!
