I would highly recommend Penelopie Beauty Bar to anyone! I used them for my wedding, and they were great to work with. Bopha did a fantastic job on everyone's makeup, I loved the "natural glam" look she did. Kathleen understood what I wanted with my hair and made it a reality. They even came in on a day they were closed usually to do hair makeup for the me and my wedding party. I felt the most beautiful I ever have thanks to Bopha and Kathleen! Thanks for everything!
The best in the business!! I got my makeup done at 6am for a wedding and it was fully intact at midnight after a long summer day. I was so impressed and grateful for these talented ladies!
Kathleen did an amazing job on my hair!! I'm not sure what the lady's name was who did my makeup (I'm so sorry!!!) but she was the sweetest woman and did an awesome job. I left feeling really pretty....and I think that's the whole point of this place ❤️ Thank you ladies!!
I've had these sweet ladies do my hair and makeup twice now. Both times I've been thrilled. I just wish I had more excuses to get glammed up So I could go see them more often! Excited they are starting to offer cut & color. I'm sure it will be wonderful.
I had a great time experiencing my first blow-out! All the girls were so great, and I definitely will go back! I wish I could go everyday! Such a fun place to be!!!

Hands down the best place for make-up and hairstyling. For my sister's wedding(outdoors) I had my make up and hair done at 8 am and everything stayed in place till the very end(2am).
