RecommendedWe love Dr. Suter. My boys have been seeing her since they each were 2 years old. She is so caring with her patients. And her staff is wonderful. I highly recommend her for all your eye care needs.
Dr. Suter was very patient with my son who has trouble getting comfortable with a new person as he is very shy. Everyone in the reception area are super nice and professional. All around, great facility!

I will not be returning to this office. Waiting over an hour for an appointment is unacceptable. I had to schedule a return appointment because Dr. Suter didn’t have time to dilate my eyes the day of my original appointment as she was running over an hour behind. Today 20 minutes after my arrival they tell me she is again running an hour behind. I had to leave work early to come to the appointment. I will not be back.
My 1st appointment with my son took an hour and half for him to get seen. 3 weeks after I didn’t not receive any calls that his glasses are ready for pick up. Today 7/16/2018 I called 13 times at their office, no one answered. I had to walk in to the office and to be snub by their receptionist. Not coming back here ever again.
I really like this office but I have to say that the past couple times I visited it was a bit of a struggle. Also the frames I purchased for my child were cheaply constructed and broke within months. So after finally getting through to the front desk and getting an actual voice, the very polite lady gave me instructions on how to return the glasses. We started taking our (then)16 month old, because of an "eye turn" in December of 2014. Every "follow-up" appointment with them was horrible. Felt rushed. Asked questions and the Dr. would respond with a question or gave a vague answer. Front desk staff... My goodness. Not welcoming at all. They seem annoyed if we dare speak to them. By far, the WORST eye doctor I have EVER been to. I'll also add that every visit was over $80.
