RecommendedThe staff there is so friendly. They really go out of their way to make your pet comfortable, and feel like part of their family.
I used these folks to help me transport my beloved puppy on her flight to California. I was so nervous and scared for her but they helped talk me through the process and made me comfortable that my sweet Keila was in excellent hands. I was so thankful to the kind hearted staff who treated me and my sweetie so well.
I highly recommend Pender! We recently boarded our dog, Sunny, there for a month. We had to go out of town to manage a family health care issue. Sunny was recovering from knee surgery as well. Sunny received physical therapy and veterinary care on-site while we were away. Sunny came home happy, healthy, and looking beautiful. I am grateful Sunny's surgeon told us about Pender. I take my cat here frequently, and Pender takes good care of Van Gogh. He is usually grumpy the 1st day and than fine after that...whenever I call to check on him the team is friendly and always does their best. I am relieved while I travel knowing he is well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team at Pender!
We love the friendly staff at the day care. Our Dylan loves coming to play with his friends off leash.
Clean facilities and Excellent Staff. Knowing the Vet's are available provides me great comfort now that my dog is older with health issues.
My little old man ( 12 yrs. old) has never been boarded and rarely ever apart from me did fine at Pender. I called almost everyday to check on him and the staff dropped what they were doing to go check on him. They were honest and told me he was a little nervous and not eating as much but they kept a close watch on him. I suggested they give him his baby (a favorite toy) and he felt better. He did great and I would recommend them and take him back again.
My Dog was pretty chill when we picked him up so that was a great sign.
