This company should not be allowed to treat people. They are clueless. Been dealing for over 2 months to get approval for an MRI and when I finally got it they scheduled it 30 miles away from my home then when I got there they claimed they didn’t have the prescription. 1 hour later they found it and it was wrong. Will file complaint with the state.

Wait time is excessive! 8 months later, we're back and nothing's changed. Had a 5pm appt and an hour later still sitting in waiting room. Ridiculous! Inconsiderate and disrespectful.
