Most unprofessional set of uneducated receptionists. Specifically, the one named Rosa, who attended me during my first call to the office as a new patient. They handled the call with an urgency that did not allow me to ask any questions and simply told me the doctor had no availability to see me until next year. My appointment for labs 09/12/2023- 8:15AM at Dr. Veronica Gomez’s office went smooth and easy. Wait time was around ten minutes. The office is always immaculate with a very friendly and courteous staff. I’ll be seeing Dr.Gomez next week for follow up visit. Dr. Gomez takes the time to listen and explain any concerns regarding medical issues and care. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Veronica Gomez for any medical issues and needed care. She’s great with an equally super staff.
