I am currently 59 yrs old. I was a patient of his from 1992 to 1994. I went toxic on lithium. I was very seriously ill in a hospital and have permanent kidney disease and partial nephrogenic diabetic insipidus from it all my life . Since he could not put me on lithium he said he wanted to do ECT on me. I waited in a hospital called The Retreat for 3 weeks to get it. There are no longer doctors with the quality, compassion, and professionalism like his. My doctor of many years, the best and most understanding psychiatrist I have ever had in my entire life. This sad moment comes to say goodbye. We all know that his beautiful soul will be resting in the highest and most deserved place close to God. Missing you already my dear doctor.
