Pembroke Bakery provides yummy, wholesome food for everyone! Although we make wicked good deli sandwiches, and our chicken-apple salad sandwich is legendary, we also make many tasty plant-based and gluten-free sandwiches and daily specials. Try our house-made blackbean burger, or our "cluck" and you'll be back for more. Our baked goods are always egg, nut and dairy-free, and we try to limit our use of soy as well. Call us 48 hours ahead to order your custom birthday cakes, and other special occasion cakes and pastries.

They have great vegan food. I love their pizza and also their soup and sandwiches. They also make great vegan cakes.

Ordered dairy free dinner rolls for Easter. While I was there picking up, ordered the chickpea salad for lunch. Both were delicious. The atmosphere needs a little work but overall the experience was great. I would go back.
