Pembroke Bakery provides yummy, wholesome food for everyone! Although we make wicked good deli sandwiches, and our chicken-apple salad sandwich is legendary, we also make many tasty plant-based and gluten-free sandwiches and daily specials. Try our house-made blackbean burger, or our "cluck" and you'll be back for more. Our baked goods are always egg, nut and dairy-free, and we try to limit our use of soy as well. Call us 48 hours ahead to order your custom birthday cakes, and other special occasion cakes and pastries.

RecommendedI was able to try the black bean burger and cinnamon rolls today. I am beyond satisfied and can't wait to go back. I now have a new favorite place to eat. The best gluten free food I have ever tasted.

just ordered the Rueben... It was not good! The seitan "meat" was good, but not enough to cover the bread, and they used purple cabbage, not sauerkraut. they didn't put any cheese on it. and very little thousand island dressing. it was bone dry. Very disappointed...
I love everything! The cookies and deli sandwiches are awesome!
