Although we make wicked good deli sandwiches, and our chicken-apple salad sandwich is legendary, we also make many tasty plant-based and gluten-free sandwiches and daily specials. Try our house-made blackbean burger, or our "cluck" and you'll be back for more. Our baked goods are always egg, nut and dairy-free, and we try to limit our use of soy as well. Call us 48 hours ahead to order your custom birthday cakes, and other special occasion cakes and pastries.

The food was delicious. I had the spinach pie. It was super easy to order confidently and safely regarding food sensitivities. But the best part was how friendly the owners are. I will definitely visit next time I'm in town.

After choosing to go gluten free, I really missed donuts! And I gotta say I absolutely love the gluten free chocolate donuts! I would special order a dozen at a time if I wasn't terrified of eating them all in one day. I can't wait to try more of the many options of gluten free food!
