I recently had my car serviced at JM Chevrolet Cadillac for an out of town trip. Service consultants Jeff Barnes and Jorge Riojas took care of me. Jeff scheduled my last minute appointment. Jorge was waiting for me at the Service entrance when I arrived. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Service Department at JM to anyone who wants great, hassle-free service.
Great Service and nice people
Crappy service all around. From sales to service after buying the vehicle. Can’t even get a oil change from there unless you don’t want a call when it’s ready, want filters, a new sticker or the light turned off. Needless to say the oil probably didn’t get changed and the fluids capped off. But if you want that kind of service then have at it.
I dropped my car for warranty work, an oil change and needed for them to check my Apple Car Play connection. The oil change went well and when they checked my Apple Car Play they didn’t find any trouble with it.
10/10 recommend getting your vehicle from here! Our service was absolutely amazing, and we walked away with two amazing vehicles! Jay Murray and Shane were the greatest help ever!
