The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful....not pushy. They have a huge selection to look at (too many nice choices )and pick from. They are very knowledgeable, Ray DeJesus who helped us has been there 10 yrs. We asked him to go with us on our test drive and show us how to operate the dashboard navigation, he gladly agreed. crappy dealership talking about oh it seems like you had trust issues from resent purchase from other lots well we won't do that to you well here it is 2 months later got problems with our car now its 75 dollars I don't have to replace some y'all "fixed" when we got it now my seat is completely forward and can't drive it at all and you still haven't fixed the sensor you said you would fix 3 months ago because you "haven't recieved the part because of a strike" something fishy... y'all are extremely sorry might as well call y... read more
George in the service department is by far the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a dealership!!!! He was not pushy about anything he was super polite and he truly cares about his customers!!! I wished everyone that worked with the public could take a few lessons from George!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I’ve been a regular customer since discovering this dealership a few years ago. Recently brought my truck in for service and after a few days and several unreturned calls, the service manager had no idea on what the status was on my vehicle. Don’t know what’s changed at JM Chevrolet recently other than losing a loyal customer.
