I bought a Durango from them and it had no fluids in it. I had to pay for a new motor! They said it wasn't their fault. After the new motor was put in and I was told it was ready a month and a half later when I was told 2 weeks to change the motor, but the first thing I did was check the oil and there was none on the dipstick. Their service department is terrible and it's because of their GM JJ.
We have bought a few vehicles from JM. I have always had nothing but amazing things to say about them. I just had two new tires put on my vehicle. It was done in a timely manner and they were very professional. We have never met a rude employee. Amazing work and great attitudes.
