My gf took our dog to this clinic. While their we asked to have his nails cut. His nails are sharper than they were before he got them cut!! He jumped up on our neighbor and nearly made her bleed. They could’ve filed them or cleaned the sharp edges up some way.

Business response:

Hi Alex. We were unaware of you concern as your girlfriend, Amanda did not mention this concern in her previous facebook complaint regarding checking your dog's eyes. You can request having the nails dremelled (filing) for future nail trims. In the meantime, we would recommend walking your dog on a leash on a concrete surface to help smooth them out. This will also help to eliminate unwanted behaviors such as jumping on your neighbors.

My puppy was seen at this office the other day for heart worm testing and heart worm medicine. When the tech came out to the car I said to her “is there anyway you can have the vet take a quick LOOK at his eyes. I’m pretty sure its allergies but I want just want her to LOOK and see.” I even informed the tech that he has not been having any problems with his eyes such as dry eye, no rubbing his eyes, no problems with them being watery, no crusties, no leaking pus.. NOTHING. Tell me why I get my pup back along with $220. bill!... read more

Business response:

We are sorry for any miscommunication regarding checking your dog's eyes. When a client asks us to specifically address a concern, we do our best to do so. Unfortunately, there is no way to diagnose allergy issues related to the eye by simply looking at them. In order to treat your dogs eyes with the proper medication, some testing must be done in order to make sure the medications will not harm the eye itself. Considering the breed of your dog, glaucoma occurs commonly and the pressure of the inside of the eye cannot be mea... read more

Took my Husky for grooming/deshedding today and I can’t brag enough about the awesome job that was done. I will never take him anywhere else to be groomed.

I had a terrible experience at this office today. I scheduled an appointment for my two cats for their annual check up and vaccinations. The appointment was for today. I arrived early and called the office upon arrival as instructed to check in. Shortly after the call ended a tech came out to my car and took one of my cats. I naturally followed. After taking my cat inside I was stopped at the door and was refused admittance. AT NO TIME PRIOR TO THIS MOMENT WAS I TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME WITH MY PET INSIDE FOR HI... read more

Business response:

We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our clinic. We have been working very hard during this global pandemic to continue to serve our clients and attend to our patients healthcare needs. In order for us to continue to remain open for you, we have greatly restricted public access to the clinic. We have to protect our staff, doctors, clients and family members. As I am sure you know, if a single staff member tests positive, we will have to close temporarily until all staff members get tested and receive res... read more

I can’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else. My cat was recently hospitalized & they went above & beyond to make sure he was comfortable & I was well informed. They were always happy to answer my calls & questions & let me spend hours visiting him. I’ll never go anywhere else.
