Our favorite Pella item is our sliding door with internal blinds, we absolutely love it

I would like to highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors for anyone thinking about replacing their existing windows in their home. First off, their sales rep, Nathan is a true asset to their company. He arrived on time, he listened to my concerns and what I would like to do, and then gave me ideas which I had not even considered. We have had nothing but problems with Pella and our entire experience with them has been miserable at best! Their customer service here in Denver is horrible and they make promises they can't keep. I will never buy anything from Pella again and I would never recommend them or their products to anyone! If you want headache after headache, this is the company for you!
Worst experience ever! Had them replace 7 windows in my townhome - one window FAILED inspection. should have been tempered glass. We are now hoping that the 5th day off work and attempt to get it repaired!!! Installing one window should NOT take 5 tries and ONE YEAR!!! Also I get a Bill for the window every other month stating that I owe for the window that has NOT passed inspection!
Met with Steve today. Got everything wrapped up on window placement. Our 7500 sq ft ranch is going to look amazing with the La Cantina doors.
Worst company ever for windows! Customer service is a joke! Installation is a joke! We are now having to wait two weeks to get 4 windows finished! Oh and when they don't finish your job they will finish new jobs and get to you when they can! Also not show up when you are told by the contractor that they will be there! And when they do call it will be right when they are supposed to be there. Feel sad money comes before customer satisfaction!
