Please do NOT use PELLA of Denver. I have recently had a door installed, actually installed twice because the first installers totally jacked up the installation. There is NO customer service with this company. I have been waiting for a call back for days. They even sent me a bill prior to the job being completed. No one answers calls, or returns calls. We used Renewal by Andersen for all the other windows in our house. BIG MISTAKE to go with PELLA for our Patio door.
Would have been nice if someone showed up for my appointment or returned my phone call. Guess they don't need business.
Ordered our entire house of windows which we ordered in July was finally installed in October but one was measured wrong after it was measured by two different people. So then we had to wait another three weeks which finally got installed today. Still are missing two screen doors one was bent the other has a rip in it and also a screen on a window with a rip. Never use Pella windows! Their service is terrible. They will lie to you about your order. Tell you that window order will be delivered in 14-21 days. Three months later the windows are not here or installed. And never trust a Corporation that requires you to use Mediation and jump through hoops to opt out of Mediation. total junk. Don't buy pella casement windows. The hardware is flimsy and doesn't work in any location that gets wind - like colorado.
I'm a general contractor in Denver and Andy Fitzgerald is my Pella rep. Andy is extremely thorough and takes the time to ensure that we are getting the right windows and doors and that they all are installed correctly. The product is top notch.
As a builder we use Pella windows on most of our houses and they have proven to be high quality windows that look great. Andy Has been a fantastic rep to work with and is always quick to tackle any requests.
