We love our new windows. Rhett was great and followed up the day of installation. Steve and George did an amazing job with the installation.

They don't honor their warranty without charging you a hefty charge to come out and look at your windows.

Great product, easy to sell. Even less expensive then Andersen windows. Good job, keep it up guys!
I bought 5 windows from this company, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE one of the windows after we unload it from the trailer had the lower frame bended so I call for a warranty and after 2 weeks of waiting now they won't cover that because I told them that I place the window inside my shed for a few hours to prevent them from getting wet from the rain. What kind of company is this?
We installed a Pella over-sized patio door 15+ years ago. It's still perfect so we ordered another. The team put up with our older house, some rotten wood (replace by them with no complaints) and left us with a beautiful sparkling window and door. Sitting in this room is like sitting outside. Couldn't be happier.
We went with a different company and years later I am still receiving junk mail from Pella. With the money you'd save by not sending junk mail AFTER YOU'VE BEEN TOLD THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER IS NOT INTERESTED, maybe you could lower your prices to be competitive.
