Horrible, the warranty only covered them, will not warranty my broken window that is less than 11 months old. Customer service was rude and called me a liar basically. I had to hang up before I got really nasty. Window got shattered by bird hitting it so that tells me these are cheap thin windows. Did I mention customer service is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL
Just went by the store to look at windows and doors for a remodel we are going to do. Walked in the guy at the front desk was on the phone, barely said hi, a lady was in the back doing whatever and never looked up. We had been there a good 10 minuets and a couple walked in and the lady in the back could not get up fast enough for them. We did like some of windows and doors we saw...sad.
Last week Ryan M showed up at our home we did not tell him that it was our first bid. He did not pressure us at any time to sign on the dotted line. No fake manager calls and most importantly he gave us the best deal he had up front. After a week of debating my options I am going with Pella. The reason for our decision was largely in part to the low pressure approach from Ryan.
Ryan Mike-Mayer is super knowledgeable and has incredible customer service!
