Pella doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered new windows, for my home 8/27/2020. The original delivery date October 1. Here it is 11/13. What do I get when I call customer service? NOTHING! Well that’s not completely true. I get apologies, and lame excuses. Rename customer service...Customer aggravation department. Sean, the supervisor, is a prime example. The boy tells me 5 or six times that he can call the logistics department to find out where my windows are...and then proceeds to argue with me...instead of makeup ... read more

Worst in-home consultation experience ever! Salesperson figured she’d give me the “cliff notes” version of products, choose for me, and shove a payment plan in front of me before answering my questions about the different options and accessories. Waste of time.

I ordered windows June 5 and signed contract. Pella measured the following week. Had an install date for August 7. Since then, zero communication after multiple emails. Called salesperson, investigated, following day told us he would call back yesterday. No call yesterday. Emailed today 7/28. He called to tell us our order was on hold and we needed to let them know if we wanted to move forward and date to install was unknown but probably at least 4-6 weeks. They were going door to door in our neighborhood today, despite there being an order to stay home in our county.
Due to Pella not finishing the protect, I now have to have all of my hardwood floors redone due to water!
