They steal money, taking payment and then NEVER showing up or answering phone calls, for over a year. We are looking to replace all the windows in our home and won't go near you guys knowing you've refused to resolve the disgusting treatment of my friends. @Pella, Please serve the customers who PAID you over a year ago and are still waiting for you to install their windows. You know who they are.

We had Pella windows installed 3 years ago and today we ordered a new back door! Our sales person, Drew, always does an amazing job showing us our options and giving us the best price possible. We love our windows and can’t wait to get our new back door!
