I was rather disappointed in the fact that I was on hold for over an hour to try and simply schedule an appointment to for my sick son. While on hold I called with my husband's cell to see if maybe there was an error in the switchboard and was told that sometimes it happens and to be patient. I ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. Why offer a Saturday clinic if you can't even call and set up an appointment. I highly recommend Pella Regional and Dr Aaron Smith. My husband has been admitted to Pella Regional on 3 different occasions and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. And the food is very good.
Spent 3hrs in a packed ER lastnight 9pm-12am and nurse and Dr. Assistant that sewed me up were amazing. Makes it alot easier when everyone can joke around with each other. Thank you both
I am an employee at PRHC and recently had a baby. PRHC exceeded my husband and I’s expectations as first time parents during an unplanned c section and recovery! Dr. Morgan, Dr. Wittenberg, Dr. Posthuma and all the nurses were amazing during delivery and our 4.5 day stay. PRHC truly lives up to their mission statement. I can’t say enough wonderful things about PRHC.

Thank you so much to the surgical, anesthetic, and nursing staff at Pella Regional Health Center! Your personal care, attention to detail, and respect for my wishes were very comforting to me.
I had kidney stones blasted. An all over smooth process. Registration was easy, navigating the hospital was easy, the staff was all awesome. Made me feel relaxed, the surgery and recovery was great. Definitely the best hospital visit I've ever had!
