Wonderful facility. My son and I have both been seen in the emergency room. The staff in Pella are very caring and you receive awesome service. Everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend Pella regional to everyone seeking medical care. Thank you to the wonderful emergency room staff!
Could not be more impressed with all the staff and the service we received here. We came in to have our son on one of the busiest weekends where OB was over flowing and got treated exceptionally well. They explained to us they were busy and kept us informed at all times. We ended up in ICU after delivery do to being so busy and couldn't have asked for a better experience threw the whole process. Were good on timing. Had great help too. Minus the big needle going n my hip. But hey I already feel a little better. Also love the medicine machine! Keep on making people feel good!
Every employee from the reception area to the surgeon were all very pleasant, helpful, concerned and caring. And they treat all people with respect. And the care and the knowledge is exceptional.
The staff were friendly and approachable. The One Day Surgery nurses were very comforting, professional and able answer to answer all our questions. Dr. Smith was absolulty amazing! He was very thorough explaining the procedure, what to expect during and after the fact all with supurb bed side manner. The whole team effectively reduced our anxiety and made us feel at home amongst family Thank you guys!

my familys dr is DR. Dan Rowley i wouldnt want to goto anyone else! he is an excellent dr and i would send anyone looking for a dr to him. i have also seen jen shefield she is also very good makes you feel really comfortable
