Been on hold for scheduler (asked for Dr Blom' s nurse) the ENTIRE drive to Des Moines from Knoxville. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. If.this an example of your new system it FAILED. I can't even get an appointment in A reasonable time period and your holding wellness clinic s! How about serving the patients that have been coming for years first. You have not.improved.

My Mom had a fall in December and was left with a deep laceration on her right forehead and also involving cuts on her upper and lower eyelid. She was treated at the ER Dept and Dr. Gritters. Dr. Gritters did a wonderful job on closing her wound and you can barely see it now. Thank you so much!!
We couldn't have asked for better care for my husband in the ER. Dr Gritters was wonderful. I have no complaints at all.We also had a wonderful RN named Sherry!!
I delivered my second child a couple weeks ago and my experience was just as amazing as the first. All of the staff were very helpful. My delivery nurse, Kim, was amazing! I was hesitant on getting an epidural and she was very encouraging throughout my labor!
