The ER nurses rock!!! They were very understanding and caring of my needs today!! Thank you to all nurses, Dr. Barnes, lab tech and xray tech for the awesome care I received today.
I definitely loved this hospital. I definitely recommend Pella! thank you for taking care of my little girls leg today!
We love almost everyone here. The Doctors, Nurses, receptionists and everyone else. Dr. Van Zee is great with everyone in our family. If we can't get in to see her than we are usually able to see someone else and have always had good experiences. There have been times we have had to go to the walk-in clinic and have had great people helping us then as well. We live in Newton now but will continue going here whenever we need to.
The ob nurses are amazing, they were there and answered any questions or concerns that Thad and I had about our delivery and care for our little girl!!! My doctor was also great and still is!!!
I actually switched to Pella Regional from Mahaska Health,hoping I would be treated more kindly at Pella and I was in every way shape and form. Health wise Im in good shape no ilnesses ,but i have Fibro as well as it being discovered I have RA ... Both are very painful " invisable" to those who dont suffer from it...but i am always treated with the utmost kindness and respect,from Doctors, Nurses,all techs. Been on hold for scheduler (asked for Dr Blom' s nurse) the ENTIRE drive to Des Moines from Knoxville. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. If.this an example of your new system it FAILED. I can't even get an appointment in A reasonable time period and your holding wellness clinic s! How about serving the patients that have been coming for years first. You have not.improved.
Son was in surgery and business office pulled me a side to discuss our finances. Haven’t been back since. Far cry from Christian based care!
Just had surgery and had to stay overnight for observation and could not have asked for anything better!! Dr Lensing is top notch and made me feel at ease with what was going to happen and also with what MAY happen after he went in, everything went as planned, no issues came up. I also spent the night over in the OB and I can not say enough how much I really enjoyed my nurses. They were so very helpful with me and took amazing care of my while I was on their ward!!
