We truly had the best experience at the OB department during our son's delivery & hospital stay. We cannot thank Dr. Hellbusch & the OB nurses & staff for everything they are the best!
This hospital has been amazing for my entire pregnancy. Dr. Hellbusch and her nurse Beth always made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I had some issues in my first trimester that sent me to the ER and the doctors over there didn't let me down. Towards the last two weeks of my pregnancy I was back and forth from the OB department a lot, and every nurse there was so kind and patient with me (first time mom). Been on hold for scheduler (asked for Dr Blom' s nurse) the ENTIRE drive to Des Moines from Knoxville. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. If.this an example of your new system it FAILED. I can't even get an appointment in A reasonable time period and your holding wellness clinic s! How about serving the patients that have been coming for years first. You have not.improved.
My Mom had a fall in December and was left with a deep laceration on her right forehead and also involving cuts on her upper and lower eyelid. She was treated at the ER Dept and Dr. Gritters. Dr. Gritters did a wonderful job on closing her wound and you can barely see it now. Thank you so much!!
Love Dr. Hellbusch! She actually listens to concerns and goes to great lengths to do whatever she can to make her patients comfortable!
Was in emergency room. The dr. Done the testing and didn't mess around then admitted my husband and the next day all the test was reported to us. Dr. Dystra er dr. Was great and then dr. Charles Canedy was very nice and open. The nursing staff was on top and nice. The food service was great big helping as my husband states food was hot and servers was polite and very on top of everything. My rating is a 5.
