I've worked here for 9 years. Today I call in to request an appointment as a patient, and received no help whatsoever and basically get told to go elsewhere because the last doctor I saw is currently on vacation. I need simple immunizations and a physician's signature on an immunization form, but PRHC cannot accomplish this?

RecommendedWe chose to have our little girl at PRHC because of reputation and personal experience at other hospitals. Dr. Mahilovic has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. The nursing staff did an amazing job as well and we would definitely recommend others to consider PRHC for their OB needs!

I absolutely had an amazing experience delivering or second little guy! Dr. Vande Zande and Linda are amazing and so caring. The staff in the ob were all so amazing, we couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you everyone for making us so comfortable!

Just try and get into see a Dr on short notice for something even remotely serious. Best off just going to ER in that case. Of course you can always see a PA which is ok for many ailments but damn it I wanted a Dr and you think I could get Appt? Nope not at all. Didn’t even really seem to care that I was suffering. Way to blow it Pella Regional Health. Been patient for years and years and this is Thanks I Get?
