Do not buy a home with Pella windows. The company is unscrupulous and has terrible customer service. A class action suite was brought upon the company for their windows roofing and not only did they make me pay to fix my windows and replace them but I was never told this was a common problem and I would be compensated for this terrible damage! I have had Anderson windows with no problems but Pella doors in under 6 years the doors started to pee from the frame, windows rotting and windows that do not stay open!

The procedure to buy was easy. They were VERY happy to take my money in early March. The orihinal install was April 19 but it was partial. It is now June 16 and the install has been partial, delayed, delayed, partial, and delayed again. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Im still waiting for the project to be finished 14 weeks after we paid them. I should've read the BBB reviews before dealing with this company. How do I give 0 (zero) stars?

Pella is awful. Bought Pella windows at lowes last year and 2 sliders warp in when it's cold. you can't close them from the outside. pella has been out 4 times and each person promises the moon. They schedule replacement and then call on the same day they are suppose to show up and say either the doors are lost or they forgot to order. The pella people get paychecks every 2 weeks no matter what. what do they care about the consumer. I would never recommend there windows due to customer service. it is horrible. WORST experience ever!!! I will not even give them a half a star (it made me pick one star in order to post ð??? they don't deserve haldf) Our sales rep was awful and his boss ended up being the same. Ordered two doors (one with side lights) and a glass/screen door for the back door. SIX MONTHS later I still don't have doors because "the color on the swatch doesn't always match" excuse me, WHAT?? My experience with Pella has overall, been horrible. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong has, outside of the original sale. When my salesperson came to the house (he is no longer with Pella), the presentation was great. We decided to go with Pella over Andersen mainly due to the price. We got more for less, with a supposedly comparable if not superior product (Pella 350 Series Vinyl windows, an entry door and storm door). But that was the last positive part of this whole ordeal. I would not even give this company one star if that could be an option. I order a standard size sliding glass door to be replaced in my bedroom on June 5, 2018. It is now October 19, 2018. After having the door installed end of August (defeactive door they called it, said not their fault, VERY hard to open and close, they said it had bowed out because of the altitude) they would order replacement door ASAP / got that installed in middle of September .... wow ANOTHER defective door ð??±! This is a horrible company. Their quality has gone down hill. There is no guarantee you will get what you picked out and paid for and they don't care. I am stuck with a double French glass front door that doesn't have matching glass. It came out defective and they can't and won't fix it.

I had 2 sets (3 panels each) of Pella Designer patio doors installed in 2013. One set in the living room and one set in the bedroom. In 2016 one of the three panels in the living room leaked. A repairman repaired the leak. In 2018 the other 5 panels leaked. The windows are under warranty so Pella repairs them, charges for labor, but will not take responsibility for the damaged wood floor and possible mold. This is a horrible company to work with. Their sales rep mis-represented them. They were below standard and did not qualify for the rebate from the power company. They will fix the window seals, but they charge for labor, and I am 5 hours from their closest store, so they basically have no warrenty and we have blown 3 seals so far in 9 years - my Milgard windows blew one after 20 years. I would never recommend they people and hope they go out of business.
