Not surpried that Pella is not BBB accredited. A terrible company. Avoid it like the plague. I have had their windows and doors for more than 40 years. Had a problem with a sliding door handle. After fighting with them, they finally sent a repalcement handle. IT HAD NO S**** HOLES! I had not opened the package to check and see until I removed the old handle. I had brand new Pella Windows installed in my home in 2022 and Pella doors and screen doors installed on April 7, 2023. I have had issues with my windows continually frosting up on the inside when it is bitterly cold outside since they were installed and was told that I need to get more insulation. My whole attic has been insulated and it stills continues to happen. Both of my inside doors had to be replaced. When you are spending 31k for windows and 22K for 2 doors and screen doors. I had 28 windows replaced by Pella Windows and Doors of DFW. I can not say enough good things about them. The salesman was most helpful in showing us options for different styles of windows and we are happy that we followed his suggestions. The installation was a major project as you can imagine and it went off without a hitch. The installation team did a perfect job and left the house interior and exterior immaculate. Horrible experience trying to get price and on a replacement of a panel. Our community of 42 unfortunately all have Pella sliders. Now we are having our building envelope replaced ($3mil) so all windows and doors are being either replaced or repaired in ************. I've left numerous voicemails at local showrooms, on hold now for 3 mins with a promise of a 30 second answer. No answer. I was quoted $16,350 by ****** *****, a sales representative for Pella Corporation, for 250 Series windows. I then received a quote from Lowes for the exact same windows same brand, series, sizes, and specifications for $11,350. Thats a $5,000 difference, and neither quote includes installation, as Im installing the windows myself.I asked ****** to explain or match the price. CEO PELLA CORP *******************************,I purchased 2 PELLA windows two months ago and I still have not received the windows. They told me that they the window would come on the following dates: June 5, 14, 17, 24; but the window did not come at any of the promised dates cited above. I have had a boarded up window space in my bed room for 2 months because the first order was not the correct size for the window!I hope this problem can be resolved soon.

Sure would be nice if someone would actually return my call to service my entire house full of your doors. Left multiple voicemails and filled out your online request twice and have gotten nowhere..

We've owned Pella windows and doors for many years. In the past it was a little slow getting service, but it worked out in the end. Now it's impossible to get service and almost impossible to talk to anyone. I've tried for almost a month now and can't get my doors serviced. I've tried calling and sitting on hold forever and also visiting their product support online. I would NEVER buy another Pella product again!
