The restaurant is nicely decorated inside and out (catus in landscaping), but the place needs to be cleaned (tables were sticky and seats had huge cracks/holes) Food was good, but not nearly the best mexican food I've had. The horcata was ok, hubby said it tasted like the smell of a candle. Prices were great for the large amount of food we received.
So they have excellent food and we always have a great waitress. However while we were eating, 2 roaches crawled on the wall and table. We won't be back.
Floor was sticky. Salsa was Pace out of a bottle. Taco salad was unseasoned ground beef and lettuce swimming in a sea of queso, sour cream, and guacamole soup.
Took my wife on Sunday for her birthday dinner - she only gets Mexican food a few times a year so it’s a big deal. It took twenty minutes to get my meal which had shrimp. It still took another twenty minutes for her to get her two cheese enchilada dinner. Thankfully she had ordered a beef taco which came when I received my dinner and it was cold. When the cheese enchiladas finally arrived they were wrong and extremely flat. Had to wait until done with our meals before server even came back for refills. Will not be back again... read more
