Never again.lack of manpower.they were so backed up. My wife didn't get what she wanted. The Crab Rangoon was cold they dropped the ball.
Ordered lunch from here online about two weeks ago and had my husband pick it up to bring to my office. I ordered it about 45 minutes in advanced and when I get the food the ordered was all messed up. I call and they tell me can i bring it back which by the time I get back to them my lunch is over so they tell me they’ll refund my money but the manager will have to call me. Today My mother and I decided to go to lunch here and we ordered our food and literally waited about 40 minutes to get it. We asked twice why it was taking so long and they said they only had one chef and I get that but everyone else was getting their food who had ordered after us and they also should have informed your guest hoping to get a quick hot meal that it will take longer to get your food! Absolutely ridiculous and I will probably NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Not once did they apologize either
I loved it.. i hadn't eaten at a Pei Wei since i lived in Irving.. it was excellent..
Came here a few months ago and my food was burnt. Sent it back and they brought back slightly burnt. Came back today to give another chance, and again the Lettuce Wraps were burnt and the lettuce was wilted. The put a chunk (heart of) lettuce which doesn’t work for wraps anyway! Will not be returning to this restaurant. Also noticed a few months ago, someone contracted food poisoning as well! Good luck if you go here.
The service here is fundamentally atrocious. I stood in line for 10 minutes while someone was on the phone and another person was packaging to go orders. After putting in my order, it set up there for probably 10 minutes before I got it. And they brought my entree and appetizer at the same time.
Thai Dynamite is the best thing on the menu. I seriously think I could eat it everyday. Ridiculously fresh ingredients...great service every time I go...superb all the way around.
