Wow, the worst experience at Pei Wei ever! Restaurant was filthy and my regular dish was disgusting! My fried rice tasted like old Spanish rice with a bad texture. Never again! This place used to be great.
Terrible!! Slow service! Actually watched the server serve my entree to the wrong guest, leave, come back, retrieve it and then serve it to me! Gross! Made them remake it. Also servers bussing tables and then serving food while not washing their hands. Again gross! Tried to speak with a manager and they were “too busy” to come visit our table.
Dan Dan chicken is BOMB! Service is great and the atmosphere is excellent.
Found a cockroach crawling around in my food! Got a refund but manager didn't even come out to apologize! Won't be going back!
Overall food is great..I have NEVER done this before and I’m pretty tolerant but the bathroom was NASTY!! I’ve worked at the likes of Casa Bonita when younger and the bathroom here was worse than I have ever seen there..the urinal had old dried on urine from top to bottom not fresh with several puddles underneath..yuk��
WTF is with this location? Tried to go here for lunch on Monday and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. I called around noon today to confirm they were open and was told there was a 30 minute wait. I waited until 1:30 and when I got there was still told there was a 30 minute wait for food and it wasn't even that busy. Good thing there is a Panera next door!
Disgusting quality. I ordered the chicken chow mein bowl, my husband ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. The soda machine was out of several options. The egg rolls were cold in the middle. The entrees were clearly cooked on a too high heat, too quickly. Both entrees were flavorless. My bowl had a black mark on it from who knows what. An ant crawled across our table. We arrived shortly after the store opened so things should have been in tip top shape. This location is super disappointing.
