I've never had a bad experience at Pei-Wei before, but this time I ordered a combination fried rice with wontons. The wontons were awful tasting, couldn't even eat 1 tasted like raw crab (not that I've ever actually tasted raw crab before) but anyway, the fried rice tasted like fish for some reason and I had chicken and steak??? Not sure how to feel a bout it anymore!! They forgot my Chilli Paste as well!! I'll hesitate when ordering from here again!!
There is no point in ordering ahead of time. I ordered online 4 hours before I wanted to pick up, when I arrived they had not even started my order. I stood there for 20 minutes; longer than when I have dined there. I understand that this does happen at times, however 1) there were more employees than customers, 2) several people who arrived after me left with their order before me. Clearly customer service is not a concern; I will take my business somewhere that it is.
Sooooo disappointed , last time I’m wasting my money here. My son & I had a date night together. Rice was a blob of garbage. The lettuce wraps were the worst I’ve ever had. Trust me you try it. I’m gonna have to find a new place.
Food is good but i was there today and the cashier was very cold and unfriendly. I'll probably go out of my way next time to not be treated rudely at this location.
Busy night...BOGO night. Food was good and quickly served so fast that it almost was too fast. Met or Exceeded Expectations to put it into Corporate Speak.
Yesterday I stopped and had lunch here with a friend. My 1 year old made a giant mess and o asked if I could borrow a broom to clean it up, he insisted it was no problem he would gladly clean it up for us. He came back with 2 chocolate chip cookies and said Merry Christmas thanks for coming in! Very friendly service!
I called an order in tonight. The girl said it would be a 50 minute wait. I sat in the parking lot waiting. I finally went in a little earlier. Come to find out that our food had been sitting there with about 20 more orders. My noodles were so dried out! I couldn’t even get them to separate. So gross!! My daughters beef was discussing as well. Not sure if we will be back!
We had dinner here tonight & food was great as always! Getting a 4 star bc I paid for a large tea (I don't drink pop) and they were out of the vanilla chai,the guy didn't offer me a refund & I was super irritated bc they are always out of vanilla chai & he said well the shift that just left didn't make any��
