I always get the Kung Pao chicken they changed it. Instead of cubed seasoned chicken they sliced it thin. Breaded fried and overlooked it. Did not tell us they changed or changed on the menu. Don't want to go back. I couldn't eat the chicken. Very upset
Got my order wrong, but once the correct order came out it was fine.
Every time I call in my order I say EXTRA CILANTRO...the half dozen times I have picked up, gotten back to work and realized there is NO CILANTRO. When I walk in and order, I say EXTRA CILANTRO, twice the food has come to my table with NO CILANTRO. This was easier to fix when I was actually there and they could bring me more. I was at this place back in February I was told I could buy the food but I had to either take it home with me or use the tables from next door restaurant I was speechless I did contact the corporation talk to Amy Milbauer from guest relations and she promise to get back to me with an explanation of what happen I a still waiting since then I have send her a note and left her a voicemail I want CEO Ralph Bower to contact me this is ridicoulus!
