I was very impressed with the Customer Service I received! Our salesman, Kevin Palmer was amazing. From the time we walked in the door after the purchase he has always been there to lend a hand! I didn't know I would love my new 2017 Explorer until he showed me everything it had to offer! Thank you very much for service after the sale and being down to earth helping us get what we want!

I went by and let Kelly Bates (salesman) know what truck I was looking for and what my price range was. I didn't expect a call back because that vehicle isn't real common at the price point I wanted it. However, after some time, Kelly called to inform me that they had one.
