I looked at the Explorer to surprise my wife. After all was said and done she fell in love with all the bells and whistles. Kevin Palmer was our sales guy! Kevin explained everything and even let us take the vehicle to confirm it would pull my boat and trailers for the four wheelers. They pulled like a charm!
