They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
